Whether you deliver for Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, Just Eat or Bolt Food, the same HMRC rules apply: you are self-employed, you pay 20% income tax and 6% Class 4 NI on profits between £12,570 and £50,270. Class 2 NI was abolished from April 2024. Register for Self Assessment if earnings exceed £1,000 per year.
